Each Schlagwerk wind chime is tuned with a highprecision measuring device. 1 revolution = 1 day = 24 hours x 60 Minutes x 60 seconds = 86400 seconds. Rotation frequency in Hertz (oscillations/second): 1 : 86400 seconds = 0,000 011 574 Hz. This frequency is doubled until audible: 0,000 011 574 Hz x 224 = 194,18 Hz = equals the day (earth) tone (224 means 24-fold).
